Machined aluminium diff case for E-REVO VXL

This machined aluminium differential case is intended as a replacement for TRAXXAS E-REVO VXL front, rear or centre diff housings. It is designed to protect and steady the internal gear set and to preserve consistent gear mesh under hard running.

Constructed from aluminum 6061 T6 with a CNC finish, the housing increases structural integrity and helps dissipate heat from the diff internals. It is compatible with standard differential assembly practices and is suitable for hobbyists carrying out maintenance or upgrading worn components on E-REVO VXL platforms.

Installation guidance from the supplied manual: position the ring gasket on the gear, install the four pinion gears and main gear, then seat the ring gasket into the case slot while guiding the gear stack into position. Use the included stainless steel flat head screws to secure the case.
