Serviceable hardened pins for FUNCO PRO pivots

The TPS/PIN kit contains front and rear suspension pins tailored for the TRAXXAS FUNCO PRO SCALE 2WD SAND CAR. These aftermarket pins are intended to restore stability to suspension arms and to make routine removal and refit of suspension components simpler.

Made from imported medium carbon steel, the pins are hardened and black-finished to extend wear life. External hex head geometry offers stronger tool engagement during fitment or removal. Precision thread cutting reduces the chance of cross-threading and speeds up repeated maintenance cycles. Lock nuts and E-clips needed for installation are included in the kit.

The set covers both inner and outer pin positions for front and rear, addressing common pivot wear areas on the 1/6 FUNCO PRO chassis. Apply normal RC workshop checks when fitting and ensure clips are fully seated and thread direction is correct before finishing assembly.

Fit these pins to worn pivot points and perform a torque and clip check after the first run to confirm secure installation and correct clip seating.

A matching external hex socket or driver is recommended for safe, accurate installation; avoid improvised tools that can round the head.
They are designed as direct replacements for the listed pivot points and should not alter ride height or geometry when fitted correctly.
Re-check torque after the first run and then include a quick inspection in your regular maintenance schedule, especially after abrasive or wet running.
