This 7075-T6 aluminium transmission gear cover is an aftermarket solution crafted for the TRAXXAS FUNCO PRO SCALE 2WD SAND CAR platform. CNC machined with tight tolerances and finished in multiple anodised colours, it helps prevent sand intrusion to the motor pinion and spur gear area while retaining the factory mounting positions.

The assembly ships pre-assembled and replaces factory part number 10987. For secure fitting when running on sand, apply medium-strength screw glue to the mounting hardware to reduce the risk of screws working loose under vibration. This item is intended for scale-model use only and is not for full-size vehicles.

Fit TPS038M to add durable aluminium protection to the transmission zone of the FUNCO PRO scale sand car and secure all fasteners with medium-strength thread adhesive for reliable performance in sandy conditions.
