17mm hub upgrade for improved track width

The TJ010-5MM hub set is manufactured from 7075-T6 alloy via CNC processes to replace OEM 17mm hubs and increase track width by 5mm. These 17mm hex adapters mount between knuckle arm and wheel to enlarge the engagement area with 17mm splined wheels, helping to cut slippage and reduce the chance of hex rounding when using larger tyres or carrying heavier loads.

These hubs are for 2S use only and will work with both 17mm splined wheels and conventional 17mm hex wheels, giving you options for wheel and tyre choice. They are intended to be compatible with Maxx-duty axles used in the #9080-series Extreme HD upgrade kit and fit Maxx-duty drivshafts that use 6 mm axles.

Fitting is a direct replacement for stock hubs on supported Traxxas chassis and uses the provided 17mm hex interface; standard hand tools are sufficient. The 5mm widening offers a subtle but useful improvement to lateral stability and cornering balance, particularly when fitting wider tyres or tuning for different surfaces.
