This ball differential is an aftermarket replacement designed for Traxxas Latrax platforms. It pairs steel and aluminium external parts with precision ball components to provide a tunable slip characteristic for Latrax Rally, Latrax Stadium Super Truck (SST) and Teton models.

Key internal parts include ball bearings, thrust washers, a delrin pulley and aluminium output cups, assembled so the central screw can vary preload on the ball stack. That adjustment changes slip and turn-in behaviour without altering other drivetrain components.

The unit is intended as a serviceable upgrade for hobbyists who want consistent, user-adjustable differential behaviour and straightforward servicing with standard RC tools like hex drivers and a small parts tray.

When carrying out maintenance inspect the balls and washers for wear, clean and lightly grease the contact surfaces, and reassemble carefully to retain smooth adjustment response.
