Precision aluminium motor mount for TRAXXAS MAXX

This aluminium motor mount is an aftermarket replacement intended to locate and steady the motor assembly on 1/10 scale TRAXXAS MAXX 4WD models. It offers solid mounting points together with an adjustable stabiliser pin system so the motor position relative to the spur gear can be tuned for correct engagement.

To fit the unit, remove the four screws from the motor underside, slide the stabilising ring onto the shaft, place the motor on the bottom mount and secure with the supplied fasteners. The stabiliser pin installs into alternative holes on the bottom mount to shift the motor and refine pinion-to-spur clearance.

This mount helps maintain alignment during gear mesh setup; use the stabiliser pin positions and supplied hardware to achieve reliable engagement and reduce premature wear.
