24T Motor Gear Option for TRAXXAS MAXX

This 24-tooth motor gear is an aftermarket replacement supplied as a 2 pcs set for the TRAXXAS MAXX monster truck chassis. It is produced from hardened steel #45 to enhance resistance where the motor pinion interfaces with the drivetrain.

The gear transmits motor torque into the drivetrain and secures to the motor shaft using a 4x4 set screw. It is commonly fitted as a direct replacement for worn 24T gears to restore proper engagement with the spur or gearbox input.

Fitting notes: remove the existing pinion, slide the 24T gear onto the shaft, set tooth mesh correctly, then tighten the 4x4 set screw to lock the gear. After installation verify mesh under load and make small adjustments to pinion height if any premature wear appears.
