This aluminium motor mount kit is an aftermarket option for TRAXXAS MAXX owners wanting a dependable, adjustable motor mounting arrangement. It permits controlled repositioning of the motor to help set correct pinion and spur engagement, offering a stiffer metal alternative to the original plastic mount.

The set comprises a lower mount, a stabiliser plate and stabiliser ring together with the fasteners required to secure the stabiliser to the motor base. Fine tuning is carried out by inserting the stabiliser pin in alternate holes on the bottom mount, giving small motor offset changes to refine mesh without bending nearby drivetrain parts.

Fitment advice: remove the four screws at the motor bottom, slip the stabiliser ring onto the motor flange and refit the screws through the ring so the stabiliser sits between motor and mount. Always test mesh under light throttle before heavy use.
