This aluminium rear chassis link protector is designed to reinforce and guard the rear linkage area on Traxxas MAXX models. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminium, the part delivers a balance of low mass and impact resistance, and includes the mounting hardware needed to fit it to the chassis.

Included in the kit are: Protector - 1 pcs, Stainless steel round head screw 4x30 - 2 pcs. The protector is positioned over the rear chassis link to reduce direct strikes and wear from trail debris or contact during hard off-road driving.

Installation is achievable with basic workshop tools: remove any existing guard or clear the mounting faces, align the protector with the rear link area and secure with the supplied screws. No additional components are normally required, but confirm correct screw alignment to prevent stripping in softer materials.
