Precision alloy cap for Revo tanks

The TRV088 alloy fuel tank cap is an aftermarket replacement sized for TRAXXAS Revo and Revo 3.3 models. Sold as a single unit including the mounting screw, it swaps in for the stock plastic cap to give a firmer metal sealing surface.

For nitro rigs the cap secures the fuel inlet, reduces wear seen with softer plastics, and provides a stable surface useful when setting fuel routing or performing regular maintenance. The aluminium alloy increases resistance to repeated tightening compared with standard plastic components while fitting existing nitro servicing steps.

Installation is intended for general hobbyist maintenance: remove the factory cap, inspect and clear the tank lip, seat the alloy cap and hand-start the screw before tightening with the correct hex tool. Avoid over-torquing to prevent damage to the tank threads.

Tuning guidance: fitting an alloy cap is principally a durability and convenience upgrade, not a direct performance enhancement. It helps simplify repeated tank access during carburetor tuning and on-site adjustments.
