This 2 pcs aluminum fixed gear adapter is an RC replacement part for TRAXXAS RUSTLER VXL intended to stabilise motor gear alignment and permit fine motor-to-spur pitch adjustment. Machined from aluminum 6061 T6, the adapter offers a firmer mounting surface than common plastic mounts and helps with heat dispersion in the motor area.

The unit incorporates five indexed mounting positions labelled A, B, C, D, E so the motor pinion to spur spacing can be altered without changing the gearbox or main motor mount. Selecting different positions helps you tune driveline engagement to avoid binding and maintain consistent mesh under load. The product is supplied as a 2 pcs set to accommodate both relevant mount points.

Fitting is a straight mechanical swap at the motor mount interface and is compatible with your current motor, pinion, spur and mounting hardware; no extra parts are included. Keep the area clean and verify correct mesh across full suspension travel during installation for dependable running.
