Rear wheelie bar kit tailored for Rustler VXL

The RUS4040R nine-piece rear wheelie assembly is an aftermarket aluminium component set made for TRAXXAS 1/10 Rustler VXL models. It forms a two-wheel rear support that attaches at factory points and allows precise wheelie angle and rear stability tuning without changing chassis geometry.

Fabrication uses 6061 T6 aluminium for load-carrying parts and Delrin for the rollers, with bearings pressed in for smooth operation. The multiple mounting positions let you bias the setup toward more lift or towards improved straight-line control. The kit includes the listed fasteners for direct installation.

Role: allow reproducible wheelie angle adjustment and protect the rear during hard launches or spirited driving on mixed terrain.

Will the unit fit the Rustler VXL without mods?

Yes. It is made to mount to the original Rustler VXL rear mounting points and should fit without modifications.

How durable are the parts for regular use?

The use of 6061 T6 aluminium for main parts and stainless screws provides strong, corrosion-resistant hardware suitable for routine running.

Can I fine-tune the launch behaviour?

Yes. Move the roller position between the supplied holes to alter lift and flip behaviour; small changes are recommended while testing.
