This aftermarket adapter converts the SLASH 4X4 LOW-CG drivetrain into a locked-spur configuration. CNC-machined from 7075 aluminium with a hollow section to reduce rotating mass, the adapter secures the supplied steel 32 pitch 56T spur and 17T motor gear. Eliminating differential action routes torque directly to the driven wheels, a setup favoured for straight-line and drag-focused tuning on 1/10 scale models.

Installation requires basic gearbox disassembly: remove the OEM spur adapter, fit the 7075 hollow adapter to the shaft, mount the 56T spur and align the 17T motor gear, then fasten using the supplied shaft screw and lock nut. Complete final checks on gear mesh, axial play and bearing preload to ensure longevity.
