Precision aluminium gear adapter and heatsink mount

Made for TRAXXAS Slash 4x4 Low-CG, this aftermarket kit combines a fixed gear adapter with a motor heatsink mount to hold the motor more securely and to assist heat removal during sustained use. Components are manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminium to reduce deformation and to conduct heat away from the motor casing.

The design features five mounting positions labelled A, B, C, D, and E so you can alter the motor pinion spacing relative to the spur gear. Selecting different indexes enables you to fine-tune gear mesh to minimise binding or backlash without modifying the gearbox or spur assembly.
