Low-CG finned motor plate for Slash 4x4

This aftermarket motor plate is built for TRAXXAS Slash 4x4 low-CG layouts to secure the motor and assist thermal dissipation. The main piece is CNC-formed 6061-T6 aluminum that keeps its shape and resists bending under normal RC load cycles.

Integrated heat sink fins expand the surface area near the motor interface to help transfer heat away from the can. The upgrade supports thermal control and contributes to steadier motor temperatures during back-to-back short course runs.

Use the supplied stainless steel fixings for installation. The set stabilises the motor mounting, helps maintain spur and pinion alignment, and suits tuning approaches where motor placement and cooling are adjusted together. Always confirm gear mesh and mount alignment after fitting to avoid early gearbox wear.
