This is a fully assembled RC-scale centre differential made for the TRAXXAS 1/8 4WD Sledge Monster Truck chassis. The design pairs 20CrMnTi steel components with 7075 aerospace-grade aluminium and a 51T straight-cut main gear to enhance durability and preserve driveline accuracy under high-load off-road conditions.

The unit includes 4140 carbon steel cross shafts and rubber-shielded ball bearings to ease installation and maintain efficient power transfer. Differential oil is not provided and must be added separately in line with TRAXXAS servicing instructions; the item replaces factory part number 9585.

When installing, confirm fitment with your Sledge drivetrain before final assembly, use a medium-strength threadlocker on fasteners to limit loosening during vibration, and check bearing seating plus gear mesh during the initial run-in. This aftermarket component is intended to meet the needs of hobbyists seeking stronger drivetrain performance than standard factory parts.
