This aluminium bottom protector is an RC-scale accessory crafted for the TRAXXAS TRX4 trail crawler. It mounts under the front and rear gearboxes to reduce abrasion and blunt impacts from rocks, gravel and compacted sand encountered while crawling.

The protector uses lightweight aluminium to provide impact resistance without significant added mass. Its slim, low-profile form is intended to maintain ground clearance and allow full suspension movement while guarding exposed gearbox surfaces from repeated contact on rough terrain.
