Servo horn for locking differential on TRX4

This aluminium servo horn assembly is intended as a scale replacement to interface with the locking differential on Traxxas TRX4 trail crawlers. CNC machined from aluminum 6061 T6, each horn contains an internal spring that helps absorb impacts and limit shock transmission to the servo when the diff engages.

The unit functions as a compliant link between the servo output and the diff lock mechanism, aiding positional control without altering the driveline. The spring element reduces the incidence of sudden torque peaks reaching the servo output shaft.

Fitting guidance: use the included 3*10 stainless round head screws together with the aluminium collars, and locate a 3mm metal washer under each screw head to minimise axial clearance between screw and collar. Apply correct torque and thread locking practices during installation.

This kit is meant as a direct-fit servo interface for TRX4 crawlers with a locking diff; its spring-loaded coupling protects the servo while using lightweight, durable aluminium construction.
