Spare tyre carrier support for TRX4 Mercedes

This 1.2mm stainless steel spare tyre support is an aftermarket accessory for the TRAXXAS TRX4 MERCEDES-BENZ 1/10 crawler spare area, intended to hold and position a variety of spare tyre sizes and not for full-size use.

The hook screw provides about 10mm of adjustment so different tyre diameters can be accommodated. The main stainless plate offers improved corrosion resistance and stiffness. The unit clamps using two stainless plates with fixed screws and locknuts on each side, and includes gold-coloured screws and shims for setup; some mounting points may need drilling or reaming to complete the installation.

Installation checklist: locate the mount in the spare tyre area, trial-fit the spare, set the hook screw to the correct height and lock the nuts. Use the included 2.5mm drill bit if holes need enlarging and confirm there is no contact with bodywork or suspension before final tightening.
