This aluminium pendulum wheel knuckle axle weight with a 23mm hex adapter is an aftermarket component for the TRAXXAS TRX4 Trail Crawler that locates additional mass low at the wheel hubs to aid crawling stability. A bearing sits inside a Delrin collar and the tapered pendulum geometry is slim near the top and wider at the base so the added mass remains downward while allowing articulation over steep obstacles.

The component raises each wheel's effective mass to help sustain tyre contact on uneven ground, reduce wheel hop in slippery sections, and permit the crawler to hold steeper approach angles without losing traction. The part is intended to be mounted on the outer drive portal or wheel hub area to retain a low, centred chassis mass relative to the axle.

Retrofit hardware supplied with the set includes 23mm hex adapters, stainless steel screw shafts, spring steel shims, metal washers, and stainless hex socket screws. The packing and the bearing-equipped assembly are aimed at hobby RC standards.
