Rounded headlamp protection for TRX4

This rounded brush guard is CNC-machined from aluminum 6061-T6 and serves as a scale headlight protection assembly for TRAXXAS TRX4 Trail Crawler models. White Delrin collars are supplied to protect the lens edges and to help the assembly seat cleanly.

Its purpose is to shield the front lamps from knocks and snags while using the original headlight mount points for a clean retrofit. The build balances light weight with strength so the unit protects without altering vehicle geometry.

Installation guide

Fit the guard using basic hand tools as follows:

• Remove the TRX4s original front headlights using the existing screws.
• Slide the supplied black mounting plate into the rounded brush guard component.
• Fit the white Delrin collars onto the plate, placing two collars per side as supplied in the kit.
• Refit the headlights with the original screws, confirming the collars do not obstruct the lamp lens.

This aftermarket guard is a compact, scale-friendly upgrade for TRX4 trail rigs, installing with the original hardware and suited to common tuning and trail setups.
