This CNC-machined aluminium vertical brush guard is a scale-focused headlight protection and styling upgrade for TRAXXAS TRX4 Trail Crawler chassis. Fabricated from 6061-T6 aluminium, the parts combine light weight with robust protection and feature anodised finish options to maintain a period-correct look while guarding stock headlights from trail impacts.

Installation uses the existing front mounting points so no chassis alteration is needed. The kit contains white Delrin collars that act as insulating spacers between the guard and headlight mount, and the parts are intended to be refitted using the original screws for a tidy result.

As a tuning component it offers physical protection for vulnerable lens housings and a restrained visual upgrade while retaining the original lighting characteristics.

Installation overview:

• Remove the original front headlights from the TRX4.
• Insert the front black plate into the brush guard assembly.
• Fit the white Delrin collars onto the black plate, two collars per side.
• Reinstall the headlights using the original screws and verify alignment before final tightening.
