Spare Wheel Support with Locking Clip

This 1/10-scale spare wheel accessory is a support and locking mount aimed at trail crawlers and scale rock rigs. It secures different spare wheel sizes at the vehicle spare location without changing drivetrain or suspension components, and should only be fitted to the compatible chassis shown below.

Construction highlights include a lightweight, high-tensile 6061 T6 aluminium body and a compact 3D profile for a scale-correct look. The box contains a separate spare wheel locking piece and stainless steel round head screws for mounting, all sized for RC use.

To fit, locate the spare wheel area, attach the support and locking element with the supplied screws, and check clearance for your chosen wheel diameter. The mount gives modelers flexibility to try different tyre sizes for balance and visual accuracy without permanent chassis changes.
