Rear Internal Shock Upgrade 160mm

A scale rear internal shock kit designed for the TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER, supplied as a rear pair. The set replaces stock internal parts to give more uniform damping and longer life in rugged off-road conditions.

The shocks are made from 6061 T6 aluminium with precision sealing to reduce the chance of oil leakage while keeping weight modest. They are charged with higher viscosity suspension oil to increase damping control and the shaft diameter is stepped up from 3.5mm to 5mm to resist bending during heavy use.

These units install as a direct replacement for the rear internal shock assemblies on the stated chassis; use the standard shock mounting hardware and check shaft alignment when reinstalling. For setup work, vary oil grade and spring preload to tune rebound and compression to suit your surface.

Just received Avery well packed and vey shiny box of GPM parts... all look great... only one negative... and probably on my part... the discs and calipers come in sets of 4... not 4 discs or 4 calipers.. oh well another order to follow... great service th
