Front aluminium arm and hardened CVD upgrade for TRX UDR

This aftermarket front-end set is made for the TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER platform to replace stock plastic linkages with aluminium upper and lower arms and hardened steel CVDs, reducing flex and improving steering consistency.

The components provided cover the front steering assembly: knuckles, upper and lower suspension arms, hardened CVDs, stainless turnbuckles with collars, and a comprehensive fastener set for secure installation. Turnbuckles have a tool-access hole to simplify tie-rod length changes.

Roles and benefits:

• Knuckle arms: stabilise the CVD and arm junction to keep steering geometry accurate under load.
• Front upper & lower arms: reinforce the front suspension to improve lateral stability.
• CVDs: deliver torque to the front wheels while allowing suspension articulation.
• Turnbuckles/tie rods: enable accurate toe adjustments and steering alignment tuning.

Supplied as a bolt-in front steering and drive upgrade for the TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER, the kit gives firmer fitment, corrosion-resistant fixings, and adjustable tie rods to aid setup and handling balance.
