Protective front lower plate for Unlimited Desert Racer

This aftermarket front lower plate is designed for the Traxxas Unlimited Desert Racer 1:7 Pro-Scale and is supplied as the GPM UDRZSP5 kit. Fabricated from 2mm 304 stainless steel, the plate provides a corrosion-resistant protective panel for the gearbox and lower chassis areas and carries a brushed finish for an understated metal appearance.

The plate helps reduce direct impact and abrasion to the gearbox and chassis when running over stone, compacted sand and similar rough terrain at scale speeds. It mounts to the original screw points and uses the supplied fixings so no extra components are required.

Installation is simple: remove the original screws at the mounting points, line up the plate and fasten it with the provided flat head screws. Confirm clearances and re-check screw tightness after the first run to ensure correct seating.

The kit includes the stainless plate and the fasteners needed for a direct swap with the factory lower plate.
