This aluminium front lower suspension set is a purpose-built replacement for the TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER. It reinforces the front lower link area to cut down movement at the knuckle joint and produce steadier handling when negotiating rough or loose terrain.

Materials include 6061 T6 aluminium for structural reliability, Delrin collars to reduce joint slop, and stainless steel balls, rings and screws at exposed points to minimise corrosion during outdoor use. Parts are CNC machined and anodised to ensure long-term fitment and appearance.

Installation advice: the kit replaces the OEM plastic lowers and uses the included stainless hardware for mounting. After fitting verify alignment and toe, and check ball studs and mounts for wear before completing the build.
