Front upper arm brace for stable steering

This CNC-machined aluminium front upper arm brace is supplied as an upgrade for the TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER to reduce lateral play and make front-arm responses more repeatable. The three-piece set reinforces the upper arm mount areas while remaining compatible with the stock suspension hardware.

Manufacturing details from the product data: manufactured from 6061 T6 aluminium and thickened to 5mm from a common 3mm profile to increase rigidity, finished with a 3D CNC surface. The kit includes stainless steel round head screws (3x10) for attachment to factory points.

Installation guidance: secure the stabilizer at the existing upper arm attachment locations using the supplied 3x10 screws and a suitable hex driver. Once fitted, cycle the suspension and steering through full travel to confirm there is no binding at extremes.

Tuning notes: the stabilizer stiffens the upper arm mounting region, which changes how the arms resist lateral forces and can deliver a steadier front-end feel over rough terrain. Expect improved steering consistency rather than changes to peak speed.
