This aftermarket sway bar kit is for TRAXXAS Unlimited Desert Racer models, offering a straightforward upgrade to reduce chassis roll using thicker stainless rods. The intent is to modify roll behaviour while preserving existing suspension geometry.

Technical notes: the sway bars are stainless steel with diameter increased to 3.4mm from about 2mm to increase torsional stiffness. The set ships with a reamer and necessary hardware to help achieve a correct fit. The contents list shows 2 pcs sway bar rods plus 1 pcs reamer for enlarging locating holes.

Fitment guidance: carefully use the supplied reamer to enlarge locating holes on the chassis or mounts so the bars fit without stress. Work gradually and verify that the sway bar pivots and mount points align before final torque to prevent binding.

Handling impact: a thicker stainless sway bar raises roll stiffness on the chosen axle and will alter understeer/oversteer balance; treat front and rear changes as tuning adjustments alongside spring and damper setup.
