Reinforced front CVD for Unlimited Desert Racer

The UDRZSP3 front CVD is offered as an aftermarket extra duty front driveline component for the TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER chassis. It pairs a hardened steel CVD body with an SST joint to address common wear in front driveline linkages, and the set is supplied as 2pcs for front-side replacement or reinforcement.

Included items are a metal protection panel and a strip of double sided tape intended to cover the stock motor cover lid. The panel is a 0.5mm metal-textured sheet that provides a protective surface over the original motor cover to reduce abrasion and contact damage during running.

Installation guidance: this part is intended as a direct aftermarket replacement or reinforcement for the stated chassis and maintains the original driveline orientation. Remove the existing front CVDs following normal disassembly, then fit the replacement parts aligned with the factory positions.

Materials and maintenance: the CVD body is described as hardened steel with an SST joint and the protection panel is a 0.5mm metal-textured sheet; inspect components for burrs before installation and press the double sided tape flat when applying the panel to the motor cover lid.
