Reinforced driveline CVDs for X-MAXX

The TXM8160S is an aftermarket hardened steel CVD set aimed at TRAXXAS X-MAXX owners upgrading to more powerful motor and battery combinations. The bodies feature a black hardened finish and a beefed-up cross-section to better handle increased torsional loads.

Provided dimensional notes include a body thickness increase of 1.5mm versus the original, a shaft pin diameter increase of 0.5mm, a fixed assembly length of 160mm, and use of a 4.0mm pin. The set ships as two pieces for front and rear application and is specified for 8s operation only.

These CVDs replace stock units that can stretch or wear under extra torque, restoring drivetrain rigidity and reducing slack that affects throttle control and cornering. They are supplied as hobby-grade parts for X-MAXX platform use.
