This support screw is an aftermarket reinforcement for the steering bellcrank posts on TRAXXAS X-MAXX 6S/8S vehicles. It concentrates on bracing the lower area of the front bulkhead where the bellcranks load into the chassis and uses hardened steel to reduce the likelihood of post bending or failure in demanding use.

Installation notes: fit the support screw into the existing factory hole at the front lower bulkhead under the steering bellcranks, tighten to the appropriate torque for your setup, and apply threadlocker to keep the fastener from loosening in high vibration. The component is intended to boost durability without changing steering geometry.

The original kit lists a steering bellcrank post screw and one Grade 12.9 black round head screw 3x16, quantity 1 pcs each. Verify the supplied fasteners and check for any potential interference before completing assembly.
