This aluminium wheel hex claw is an upgrade intended for the TRAXXAS 1/8 X-Maxx platform and is supplied as a pair (2 pcs). It improves the interface between wheel and hex, helping to reduce wheel slip on the hex under heavy torque and maintaining more consistent tyre contact.

The TXM006/+3 variant provides a +3mm offset while the product family includes thinner options like 1mm for different setup goals; the increased thickness pushes the wheel outward for stance or track-width tuning. Machined aluminium construction offers better rigidity compared with many factory plastic hexes.

Fitting is standard: remove the wheel and the existing hex, mount the aluminium hex on the axle or hub, and secure with the original screws. Verify screw length and torque to prevent thread stripping or hub damage. Use this as a tuning upgrade and confirm fitment before extended running sessions.
