Quick overview

This aluminium front and rear adjustable spring damper set is produced for the Traxxas XO-1 and hand assembled to match XO-1 fitment. The oil-filled units offer adjustable preload and damping so you can balance handling for circuit runs or practice laps.

As supplied the dampers measure 87mm from the centre of the top ball to the centre of the bottom ball. The adjustable design allows preload and damping changes without replacing the whole unit, and the aluminium bodies provide a firmer mounting surface than plastic originals.

The kit includes the installation hardware listed below and is intended as an aftermarket upgrade for XO-1 scale cars.

Will these work with stock XO-1 geometry?

They are built to fit standard Traxxas XO-1 geometry and use the same mounting points as the original shocks.

What is the shock eye-to-eye measurement?

The eye-to-eye measurement is 87mm between the centre of the top and bottom ball ends as supplied.

Can I tune these for different tracks?

Yes, they are serviceable and oil-filled so you can alter oil viscosity and preload to suit different surfaces.

Is additional hardware required for fitment?

No extra parts are normally required; the set includes the screws and aluminium collars for a standard install.
