Purpose of the spacer

This 24mm D-shape differential spacer is an RC tuning component built for the TRF 416 differential assembly. It creates a stable D-shaped interface between diff parts so you can alter internal spacing without changing gears or bearings.

To install, remove the diff housing, locate the original spacer position or the diff shaft, insert the D-shape spacer, then reassemble and confirm the assembly rotates freely with correct mesh. Avoid forcing parts together and always double-check by hand rotation before final clamping.
