The Trumpeter 01593 provides a faithful 1/35 scale rendition of the Russian BTR-70 armoured personnel carrier, reflecting its long service history. It is aimed at scale modellers seeking a detailed static display subject.

Containing over 500 parts, the kit uses refined moulding methods to capture fine surface detail and shape. Hollow rubber tyres with detailed tread are fitted for realism, and two photo-etched parts are supplied for extra fine components.
