Supplied for the TRAXXAS TRX4 platform as TRX4889/1719, this kit replaces crawler tyres with low-profile on-road radial tyres on plastic wheels and fits aluminium hex adapters to increase track and suit higher speed driving.

The package is a 24pcs set intended for on-road use only and is not for crawling. The aluminium hex adapters incorporate a self-lock feature to help retain the hex under lateral cornering loads. Kit contents include hex adapters, adapter covers, hex socket screws, metal washers, screw shafts and the supplier reference manuals.

Fitment guidance: fit the supplied hex adapters to widen track width, secure wheels with the provided M4 hardware and washers, and verify the self-lock hex seats engage before first run. For improved on-road control, the manufacturer suggests 75-80mm dampers with firmer springs to reduce body roll and lower rollover risk at speed on paved surfaces.

Perfect when converting a TRX4 from crawler rubber to road tyres; use firmer damping and adjusted roll control to retain predictable handling at speed.
