The JR-TRX417-10MM brass 12mm wheel hex adapter is made for use with Traxxas TRX-4 HD scale trail crawlers. It provides a metal interface intended to reduce wear where the wheel mounts, helping preserve consistent clamping during slow technical crawling.
The 10mm thickness enlarges the contact area that the wheel seats against, which spreads clamping loads and limits deformation when compared with thin plastic hexes. Note this is an RC-scale component for model chassis and wheels.
Fitment guidance: check both your wheel's internal 12mm hex and the axle hex dimensions before fitting, clean all mating faces, and torque wheel fixings to the TRX-4 HD manufacturer's guidance. No extra parts are supplied unless the listing states otherwise.
