This scale aluminium motor support and combined upper spur cover suits TRX-4 vehicles, providing a firmer motor attachment, protection for the main gear and reduced dust ingress. The integrated assembly helps limit motor movement so gear mesh remains more consistent during technical crawling.

Motor mounting offers multiple positions to fine tune pinion-to-spur spacing. The design moves the motor forward by 3mm from the standard location to subtly change weight distribution, which can be advantageous for certain crawler setups seeking improved front grip.

Fabricated from 6061 T6 aluminium for strength and impact resistance, the housing includes finned surfaces for passive cooling. A top-mounted active fan assists airflow over the motor, providing combined passive and active thermal management during extended low-speed climbs.
