This aluminium rear shock tower is an aftermarket option for the TRAXXAS TRX4 Trail Crawler platform that lets you vary shock mounting positions to refine rear suspension geometry. Several mounting holes allow the shock to be set at different angles and heights so you can incrementally adjust damping leverage and ride height without altering the shock bodies.

Made from 6061 T6 aluminium to combine low weight and structural strength, the tower provides a firmer mounting point than the stock plastic component. It fits at the rear shock tower location and is tuned by moving the shock eye to another hole to change angle and effective stroke.

The package includes the pair of towers and the stainless fastening hardware required for installation. For TRX-4 versions other than those listed below, the rear skid plate may require minor trimming to clear the new tower.
