Made as a TRX4M replacement, these tyres use a very soft butyl rubber compound together with foam inserts to enhance traction for scale crawling. The compound is listed as super-soft (25 degree) butyl rubber rather than TPU or TPR, and it is reported to give superior grip compared with many plastic tyre alternatives.
The design incorporates internal reinforcement and a standard foam insert to preserve tyre shape and sidewall support when loaded, improving stability and reducing tearing during repeated off-road use. The construction aims to cut down slipping in wet conditions while retaining a flexible contact patch for precise low-speed control.
Fitment notes: intended for 1.0 inch wheel rims with a slightly tight inner diameter to limit slippage on the rim. Bead and clamping features include a long tongue profile and longer fixing screws for direct mounting, with a narrow clamping thickness to aid one-handed compression and wheel assembly.
