Optio spring upgrade for TT-01 Type-E setups

This Optio spring upgrade from 3Racing is intended as a replacement spring set for the TAMIYA TT-01 Type-E family, listed under TT01-14/LB/V2. The springs are a direct fit for the stock shock assemblies and permit tuning of stiffness and ride height.

Fitting is simple: detach the shock from the suspension, compress the spring using any threaded collar present, exchange the original spring for the Optio unit and reassemble. Standard RC toolset items such as hex drivers and small pliers cover the job; no specialised work is required.

On-track, these springs alter roll and weight transfer behavior; combine spring selection with suitable shock oil and preload settings to dial in predictable handling. After installation, run brief tests on a controlled circuit and ensure springs are correctly seated on the retainer.
