TT-01d front lower arm replacement

This aluminium front lower arm is an aftermarket replacement from GPM made for the TAMIYA TT-01d platform, supplied as a pair. It replaces the stock plastic arm to give a tougher, more consistent option for model-level tuning and upkeep.

Practical fit: The arm is intended to mount in the TT-01d front suspension and normally installs using the existing pins and fasteners. It functions as the lower suspension link and will affect camber retention and steering feedback when fitted alongside your current uprights and linkages.

Tuning considerations: Moving to alloy arms increases stiffness and consistency under load, helping drivers evaluate other changes like damper valving, toe-in adjustments, and anti-roll bar tuning. This part is for refinement of handling rather than changing chassis architecture.

The geometry is made for the TT-01d layout, but check pivot pin spacing and mounting faces against your existing arms to confirm exact fit.
Not strictly necessary, but inspecting uprights, pins and bushes and refreshing any worn items will ensure the alloy arms perform as intended.
Alloy is stronger but transfers impact forces differently than plastic; some users keep a set of plastic arms for casual driving and fit alloy for tuning or competition runs.
