Upper arm bulkheads in alloy for TT02

These alloy front and rear upper arm bulks are supplied as 1pr (2 pcs) for the TAMIYA TT02 chassis and replace the original plastic bulkheads. They provide a firmer anchor for the upper suspension link on both front and rear assemblies.

Manufactured to align with TT02 mounting points, the bulks install as direct-fit hop-ups without chassis modification in typical setups. The firmer mounting point helps the upper link retain its geometry under braking and cornering, aiding consistent setup adjustments on the track.

Installation uses standard TT02 mounting routines and can employ existing hardware when appropriate. Reuse intact screws and ball studs, avoid excessive torque, and check wheel toe and link free-play after installation. Regular inspections should focus on thread condition and confirming torque after initial runs.

No chassis cutting is normally needed; the parts are cut to fit standard TT02 mounting positions, though you should verify fit on your specific car before final assembly.
A firmer alloy mount reduces deformation under load, which can reduce wear at the upper link attachment and improve consistency, though routine checks are still advised.
After fitting, re-check wheel alignment, ensure link free-play is within spec, and re-torque fasteners after a short test session to settle components.
