Aluminium X4F lower bulkhead overview

The XRAY 302783 front bulkhead is an aluminium lower bulkhead intended to preserve repeatable front-end geometry while offering a tunable flex point. It is precisely machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium and coated with a black anodize for durable mounting surfaces.

Centering pins are integrated into the lower face to speed up assembly and deliver consistent left-right alignment. The universal left-right design reduces the number of spare parts required and eases routine servicing.

Countersinks are machined to suit a 1.5mm aluminium chassis plate so common screws sit flush without special hardware. Mounting points for the shock holder are included to help control local flex and influence front suspension feel.

Intended for use with an adjustable front bulkhead brace, this component allows you to tune chassis flex and handling traits without swapping top decks, enabling incremental adjustments to understeer and initial turn-in.
