The XRAY T4'20 Aluminium Flex Chassis is fashioned from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium to give a dependable mix of stiffness and workable flex. The 2.0mm plate thickness supports race hardware while allowing fine chassis movement for balance adjustments.

Efficient layshaft layout and mounting flexibility

The chassis is set up for a central layshaft which aids drivetrain efficiency and compact packaging. Main bulkheads can be positioned 1mm inward to accept either long or short arm suspension holders, enabling fast configuration swaps.

Narrow width and underside clearance for cornering

Featuring an 84mm narrow profile with targeted cutouts, the plate provides measured flex and reduced bottoming risk in turns. It performs well on medium to high traction carpet and on high traction asphalt circuits.
