The XRAY 301070 X4 Graphite Upper Deck is a precision 2.0mm graphite plate that helps racers refine handling balance. Its design makes it easy to change flex characteristics to suit different track layouts and driving approaches.

Flex Modes Overview

There are four flex positions available to adjust how the chassis reacts under braking, cornering and on throttle. Select the mode that best complements your setup:

• Soft Setting: Operates without bushings or bearings to deliver the most flex and increased steering sensitivity, which may reduce stability at high power.
• Soft-Medium Setting: Adding a ball bearing at the motor mount calms the chassis slightly for improved mid-corner grip.
• Medium Setting: The M3x5.5mm screw behind the layshaft gives a balanced feel suitable for mixed surfaces.
• Stiff Setting: Installing screws both before and after the layshaft produces a firmer chassis for predictable exits and sharper steering feedback.
