Engineered Carbon-Composite Front Lower Arm

The XRAY X4 CFF Carbon-Fiber Fusion Front Lower Arm - Hard Right integrates a carbon plate with a composite arm through a fusion process to deliver a precise, rugged component for competitive use. The construction aims to keep behaviour consistent across laps.

Hard Right Arm for Consistent Cornering

Specified for right-side installation, the hard variant is ideal for carpet and other sticky surfaces where reduced flex benefits steering predictability. The carbon core adds stiffness while the composite body smooths rebound characteristics.

Optimised for Low Weight and Control

Produced from select graphite and composite materials, the XRAY X4 CFF arm reduces rotating mass to sharpen turn response. Its compact layout supports fine setup work to balance turn-in and mid-corner stability.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It is designed for XRAY X4 models; some older revisions may need minor adjustments or different hinge pin lengths, so check chassis compatibility before fitting.
Expect firmer steering feel and reduced compliance at the front. That typically yields cleaner entries and more stable apex speed but may require tweak to shock rates.
Keep the joint free of grit and inspect for hairline damage after heavy impacts. Replace the arm if any delamination or cracks appear at the fusion seam.
Compatibility depends on the upright geometry. Most OEM-spec uprights accept this arm, but verify mounting hole spacing if using bespoke aftermarket parts.
Start with minor reductions in front roll stiffness and slightly softer shock damping, then adjust toe and camber to regain desired turn-in without inducing understeer.
