Accurate steering setup using XRAY 302612 parts

Model racers seeking repeatable steering adjustments can rely on the XRAY 302612 Aluminium Adjustable Turnbuckle. Forged from SWISS 7075 T6 aluminium, the components offer a blend of rigidity and reduced mass. The precise thread form is ideal for small toe corrections and consistent alignment during race events.

Aluminium build for stable handling

The 39mm size provides flexible fitment across many on-road cars and is significantly lighter than steel equivalents, about 50% less by weight. That helps lower unsprung and steering mass, aiding nimble handling without giving up toughness.

Engineered for dependable steering

High-quality aluminium ensures these turnbuckles retain their settings and resist bending under normal racing loads, helping drivers keep a confident steering feel throughout a meeting.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Aluminium resists corrosion better than raw steel, but rinse and dry parts after running in wet conditions and reapply light lubricant to pivots to keep performance steady.
They use standard M3 threads common to many RC steering links; verify compatibility with your ball ends and tie rods before fitting.
Use a set of toe gauges or a straight edge and ruler to set equal distances at the front and rear of the wheels, then lock the turnbuckles with a small amount of thread locker or locknuts to maintain the setting.
