The XRAY 302772 X4 Aluminum Lower Bulkhead is intended for pilots who need precise, durable mounting points to preserve chassis geometry. It reduces unwanted movement and helps the car respond predictably under load.

High Grade 7075 T6 Aluminium

Crafted from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium, the bulkhead combines stiffness with minimal weight. The black anodised finish adds protective wear resistance and keeps the component looking sharp.

Lower Anti-Roll Bar Positioning for Improved Control

This bulkhead positions the anti-roll bar wire below the drive shafts to lower the centre of gravity, which assists with stability and tighter turn-in at speed.

Consistent Geometry via Centering Pins

Fitted centering pins make rebuilding straightforward and preserve alignment settings. The 1mm milled grooves draw each ball bearing hub 1mm closer to the chassis centreline, improving balance across the car.

Correct Fit for X4 Front Right and Rear Left

Produced to suit the front right and rear left mounting points on the XRAY X4 series, this bulkhead integrates neatly with standard X4 hardware.

It is designed to the X4 platform geometry; some older variants may differ in hole spacing, so verify measurements before fitting.
Moving the hubs 1mm inward from each side shifts mass closer to the centreline, which can yield a more neutral balance and improved turn stability.
Inspect mounting points and fastener torque more frequently after initial installation to ensure geometry remains consistent as components bed in.
